28-year-old Lapeer woman missing WDIV Detroit Jessica Parnell, a 28-year-old woman from Lapeer County, is missing after she went to Genesee Valley Mall at around 5 p.m. Friday to meet with another girl to swap items. Police say she did not return home and they traced her phone in Wayne County.
